With 150+ locations across the U.S. and Canada, KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, and high-character kids. Developed by child development experts, KidStrong’s 45-minute, once-a-week classes focus on three pillars: Physical, Character, and Cognitive development.
